Welcome to the third quarterly edition of Rice on the Other. Geez, this issue looks REALLY amazing... Huge heapings of thanks to all of the talented and hardworking contributors! I take full responsibility, and thank Fall Rice's collaborateurs for their great patience with me as i put this issue together. I'm working on getting things more regular. Hell, they have to be: It's already winterish out. I apologize. Again, thanks for your patience. I've extended the deadline again for Winter Rice to As i'm dropping another grain of RØTØ this winter, i solicit you, the rice-connoisseur for submissions.
